in case the rains dont stop you guys go ahead..poor nikon owners like me will refrain from venturing out with the camera......i heard all canon cameras and lenses are water proof...it'll be an excellent opportunity for all of you to test them in the rains :D infact i read somewhere that the more rain water you put on them the sharper the pics...do try it out :D

Wish there is not rain tomorrow, so that I could see some awesome photographs.

One request to all of you.

Please all of you shoot atleast One common subject, that may be anyone/anything (if it could be Dr. Rajesh more better). I just want to feel how different people photograph a single subject according to there vision/style. But first all of you declare the subject which has to be shot by all. So that efforts are made knowingly. It will also tell how many of you think same way.

If you could do that. It would be fun and learning curve for others also.

Yep pouring here, infact incessantly the whole day. Will have a rain check early morning  ;), or do we want to postpone the shoot to next Sunday?

I am also OK with a little rain as the place will look more lush. But if its raining heavily then I feel it will be best if we postpone till next Sunday.

+1 to that. Heavy rains will only damage our gear. I am going to check out the situation at 7 am. If pouring, better to postpone by a week.

i am also ok wit little rain...what if it pours heavily over this side(malad borivali and towards virar side) and no or less rain over these areas like(bandra, dadar and towards churchgate side) ? or vice versa...how will we guys know...
one thing can be done who ever lives near(MNP) to this place/station can post a rain status over here(this thread) early in the morning say about 6.00 to 6.30am...so we all know to come or to postpone...or any other suggestion...

its quite possible that its not raining near mnp ... bandra.. etc.. and pouring cats & dogs here in thane .. or far off places...

however i just saw on the news that parel is flooded... i hope the rains take a breather.. if i have to make it to MNP @ 8 i need to leave home @ 6 am :( ... i guess dr. anand stays closest .. (mahim / matunga) to MNP or mayb someone else can update us in the morning .. however given the present state i am not sure my net will be fully functional .. can someone from malad / borivali who also needs to wake up damn early to make it on time gimme a buzz in case things go south  ..
