Buying from jjmehta.com
« on: December 19, 2011, 06:01:43 PM »
Although this is jjmehta forum but still i thought it would be good if i ask this here.

I need to buy a Nikon flash from jjmehta.com

I want to know it is OK to shop from the website ?

I am asking this because i am in Ghaziabad and cannot visit the shop.

Also, has anybody here shopped from the online store ?

Thanks in advance.

I have shopped few times using online facility - around  2- 3years back. I got Canon A95 and Camellion rechargeable batteries along with the charger from here. The service was prompt. In fact the prongs of the main plug of the charger was bent. I reported it and they promptly replaced and picked up the faulty one. I will rate it 4/5 based on that past experience.

Thanks Manoj.

Based on the replies i have received i think the online shop is not popular even with jjmehta forum.  :-[

Hi prakhardeep

I purchased a Nikkon Af-s 50 mm 1.8G lens and a few UV filters from jjjmehta.com in June 2011. The delivery was prompt and I received the lens and filters in perfect condition.

In my book, that ought to get them a 5 out of 5. A vendor's behaviour when things go wrong is the best possible test.
Also, the fact that this forum is run by them without any sign of their commercial presence at all also earns them my respect and gratitude.

I would have no hesitation at all in buying from them.

I am very happy with JJ Mehta on-line store. I have purchased 2 bodies, a number of lenses from, a few filters from them. I've had no problem at all with them.
