Lake Bhimtal
« on: June 24, 2012, 04:44:58 PM »
Nothing much to shoot thesedays, Went to Bhimtal and shot a simple view of lake. May be the sky could have been more interesting in evening.

for your c&C, thanks.

A grad filter would've been ideal for this situation. Else I quite like the sense of composition with that slightly longer crop

Maybe try simulating the grad filter in ACR?

Thanks Sanjay, Aroon, Hayate, Srini, Chronic and Arvindan.

Hayete and Arvindan: thanks for the feedback and suggestions.  There is a Island in between the lake and Now there is a Aquarium in it. I had heard that its largest in Asia, but I don't believe that. I will try using a GND filter in ACR.

In Bangalore also lake color keeps on changing depending on type of sewage and effluents get released in lake and what kind of algae has grown LOL
