Ok, so here's one that I have processed so far. Getting this gram blue was really difficult as it was in covered by grass leaves all around. I have been forcing myself to use the tripod for every shot and I think I am getting some consistent sharp results. I was using a Vivitar 135 f2.8 Close-focusing lens which goes up to 1:2 and gave me enough working distance. That way I could re-adjust my tripod till I got as parallel as I could. I couldn't manage the background though, this was the last shot and after this I tried moving that grass leaf in the background and it flew away :(.

Anyway, I'll post one more or may be two more as I process them. Here's what I got:

Managed to process a few last night.

The tamron 90mm macro started acting weird with it giving the Err 01, ended up packing it in the bag and used the 50mm f1.8 on ETs for the rest of the shoot.

Was limited to 1:1 shots at very close range(s)

Borrowed Sudheer's macro lens when I needed slightly wider frames - thanks mate!

The two-striped jumper

Floral drape

A caterpillar - donno ID yet

Shield bug egg case - corrected thanks to Brian

Crab spider with it's classic hunting environ - feeding on a honeybee here

Cheers,
Hayath

Hayath,
The spider and it eggs looks really spectacular.............great u managed to get those with 50mm and ETs.  How would you want the images which you shot with my setup to be transferred?, I can even setup a direct FTP to my laptop tonight.

Veeresh, That blade of grass right behind the subject takes a bit of attention away from it. But, overall nice execution. :)

Hayath, Spider egg case: Why did you render it B & W ?  :( Also, the Hunting Spider is too much mag as its body is cut off from the frame & so is the prey's. A bit less mag would have been better where the entire activity is visible clearly as you already have got a nice diagonal composition & a green BG ;)

Thanks much vogon, Sudheer, Omkar and Anand :)

Sudheer,
Where do you stay? Maybe we can catch up and xfer the images to my pen drive.
You caught a nice inquisitive pose from the ant(s)..they did keep you busy for quite sometime!

Omkar,
Here's the color version for you - since you didn't like the B&W :)

The crab spider was shot with the 50mm+ETs...did not really want to fiddle around with the ETs in the field. Sudheer was kind enough to lend me his macro lens + Cam for a few shots for me to get some @ lower resolution. Will post those once I've got them.

Excellent  captures from Veeresh, Hayath and Sudheer.

@Veeresh : Waiting for more pics from you.

@ Hayath : I liked the colour version more than B&W of Shield bug egg case.

@ Sudheer : Nice lighting you got there.

Thank you Gopalji :). All of us are Bangalore and yes, we get to learn a lot from each other. Hayath can spot and identify so many types of insects, it's just remarkable. He showed me a ant mimicking spider and trust me, you'll never guess that it's a spider. He's that good :).

Hayath,
Last one's awesome mate. You spent a lot of time there :). And so did Sudheer, waiting to see his result.

Sudheer,
Ants are your friends :D. Nice one.

Ashok,
I think the third one might look good in B&W. Give it a shot.

Here's another one from me and probably the last one. Not sure of the ID:
