Ring flash options
deeplens:
Hi,
Am looking at picking up a ring flash for my macro mostly working on critters and frogs. As I dont have much of a budget was wondering if any of these would actually work
Uses the light from the flash so TTL would work

This would just a a constant light

Anybody with any experience on these
Thanks in advance

Hi
I am using 1st option , but branded one which cost 200$ along with 580EX , Using this macro flash adapter u req. very high power and well build flash. Dont know how 25$ will work??
Constant light - U will get very less shutterspeed compare to flash , inaddition WB is always tricky. Adv- Cheap.
check out my fotos in gallery section all r with 580EX+ macro flash -

Dr. Anand,
Wonderful images.
Could you tell which brand you are using and where did you purchase it from?
Thanks,
