Transit Loss or Damage
Goods Lost in transit or Damaged in transit, will replace no extra cost to you. Replacement of Damaged goods will happen after the same have to been returned within 7 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost .
Other Returns
Any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from jjmehta.com eShop
Refund Amounts
Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made. For cash on delivery orders refunds would be provided by cheque / DD in the name of the buyer. Refunds may also be claimed for canceling unshipped items.
HOW TO RETURN
When you return your item, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
