Refunds and Returns Policy at jjmehta.com


Transit Loss or Damage

Goods Lost in transit or Damaged in transit, will replace no extra cost to you. Replacement of Damaged goods will happen after the same have to been returned within 7 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost .


Other Returns

Any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from jjmehta.com eShop


Refund Amounts

Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made. For cash on delivery orders refunds would be provided by cheque / DD in the name of the buyer. Refunds may also be claimed for canceling unshipped items.



HOW TO RETURN

When you return your item, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can contact us and we will arrange for the return pickup for the same. Our address for returns is as follows:

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+fece1f601f5148feba46b418f9f08a75@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
